You also have the ability to create password protected user accounts for clients or colleagues with whom you need share large files. When your clients or colleagues login using their account, they can see and access only the files and folders for which you have given them the privilege to. This set-up gives you the ability to use Net-Filer with multiple users, yet keep the files classified. In addition to downloading files, you can also give your users the ability to upload files. This feature allows them to download the file from you, make changes, and upload the edited version back to the folder, reducing the number of hard copies needed. Net-filer also gives you the ability to set notifications so you get an automated e-mail when your users login, logout, and download files.
